Q: Do I need my own Elf?

A: Yes — our kits and printables are designed to work with any Elf doll you already have at home. We provide the props, setups, and ideas to bring the magic to life! If you need an Elf doll, you can browse ours here: 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will my Elf Kit ship?

A: All in-stock Elf Kits ship within 1–3 business days. Custom kits ship no later than November 20th to ensure delivery by November 30th (just in time for the start of Elf season).

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we ship Elf Kits within the U.S. only. Printable downloads are available worldwide.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

A: Yes! Once your Elf Kit is shipped, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow the magic on its way.

Digital Downloads

Q: How do I get my printable Elf props?

A: As soon as you purchase, you’ll receive a download link on the checkout page and by email. Just download, print at home, and set up instantly — perfect for last-minute Elf emergencies!

Q: Do you mail physical copies of printables?

A: No. All printable products are digital files only. No physical product will be shipped.

Q: What file format are printables?

A: Most files come as PDFs (easy to print at home).

Q: What’s included in an Elf Kit?

A: Each kit comes with daily pre-packaged props, signs, and easy instructions for every night of Elf season. Just open a bag each night — no stress, no mess, just magic!

Q: How long does each kit last?

A: Our full kits cover the entire Elf season (Dec1–Dec 24). We also offer mini kits and themed add-ons if you prefer a shorter season or want extra fun surprises.

Returns & Policies

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Because of the seasonal and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us — we’re happy to help make things right.

Q: What if my Elf Kit arrives damaged?

A: Please email us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to fix the issue quickly.
