I’m so excited you’re here! This page will walk you through exactly how to use your Elf Kit, what to expect each night, and how to get the most magical (and stress-free!) Elf season ever.

Before you dive in, please make sure to read this entire page — it answers all the most common questions and will help everything run smoothly throughout the month.

And don’t worry… you can always come back to this page anytime!

Just scan the QR code on the lid of your Elf Kit box and it will bring you right back here whenever you need a refresher.

Please note: Not all kit bags are numbered. Some bags/days include numbers for inventory/reference only, which helps me keep track of supplies on my end. Some bags are numbered, some bags are not. Missing numbers do not indicate missing items. Every Elf Kit is unique and not the same — that’s the fun of my curated kits! But I can assure you that your kit is complete. Each kit includes:

• 18–20 kit bags,

• PLUS 4–6 daily kits tucked inside the green North Pole Documents folder (to ensure nothing is bent or damaged!),

• PLUS full access to the Bonus Extras Kit (in the red kit bag!) with over 100 printable elf scenes.

To ensure accuracy with every order, I personally count each kit during packing, and I also have cameras at my packing stations to verify items as they go into the box. This helps me guarantee everything is correct before it ships. 😊

Your Elf Kit is designed to make every night easy, magical, and totally stress-free — and here’s exactly how to use it!

📅 About the Numbered Kits

You’ll notice that most of your Kit Instruction cards (with the QR codes on it) inside the bags are numbered.

These numbers are simply for reference — a suggested order. Or for my inventory tracking purposes. 

You can:

• Use them on those exact days, OR
• Mix and match and use any kit on any day you want

Your Elf Kit is flexible so you can plan your month however works best for your family!

🎁 Why There Aren’t 24 Numbered Bags

Don’t worry — you didn’t miss anything!

Not every bag is numbered, but you do have 24 total kits in the 24-Day Kit (plus tons more in your Bonus Extras Kit!).

🎉 Mystery Kits

Some bags are not numbered on purpose — these are your surprise Mystery Elf Kits!

I include different mystery kits in each order to keep things personalized, fun, and exciting.

📱 About the QR Codes

Most (NOT ALL!) kits include a QR code on the instruction card.

Scanning the QR code takes you to the exact:

• Setup instructions
• Optional add-ons
• Photo examples
• Tips to elevate the scene

📦 Kits Without QR Codes

If a bag doesn’t have a QR code, that’s totally normal!

Some kits:

• Include printed instructions right in the bag, or
• Are so simple and creative that they don’t require instructions at all.. so let your imagination do the work!

These setups are easy, quick, and perfect for those busy nights when you need a cute Elf scene in seconds. 😊

If you ordered an Extra Child Kit (in the GOLD kit bag) so each child has their own items and doesn’t need to share — you’re all set! When you scan the QR code for the kit you’re using each night, the instructions will tell you exactly when you need to grab something from the Extra Child Kit bag.

Some nights you’ll need it, some nights you won’t… so keep everything together in the Extra Child Kit Bag until the instructions call for it. This way nothing gets mixed up, and every child gets the full magical experience! 🎄✨

🎄 Have more than 1 Elf? If you ordered the “Extra Elf Kit”:

If you ordered an Extra Elf Kit (in the Snowman bag) because you have more than one Elf visiting your home, this add-on makes it easy to include every Elf in the fun! When you scan the QR code for the kit you’re using each night, the instructions will tell you if that night’s setup calls for props or pieces from your Extra Elf Kit bag.

Some scenes use it, some don’t — so be sure to keep everything organized in the bag until the instructions let you know it’s needed. This ensures each Elf gets their own props and every setup looks picture-perfect! 🎄✨
